GOODAY! Hello everyone, hope your managing and living as best we can. Does anyone know if the high salt diet has bad effects on the liver.
Also what does the average person with autonomic failure take for salt per day?
I find my salt capsules which are one gram, are better taking out of the capsule and I drink them with a glass of water.Otherwise they hurt my stomach, cause nausea etc.....all for now. Pat

Hi Pat,

You should get more responses to your post if you post it to the general discussion forum. I'd like to know the answers to the questions you asked too.
