I have had POTS for 14 years. The first many were difficult - getting a diagnosis, trying meds-many that didn't work....but the last several years I was 'managing' fairly well even if life was not at all what it was b/f POTS. The last several months I have had new and worsening symptoms. I am going through many tests again and feel discouraged that my health has gotten worse and that they are looking at ruling out other possiblities (MS....). My anxiety is back and I hate that - I had it under control. I'm worried and discouraged and overwhelmed and ask for your good thoughts and prayers. Donna

Hi Donna,

You are definately in my thoughts.

blue....Diagnosed with POTS etc..

I'm trying very hard not to be my illness. POTS will not define me unless I let it.

Hi DOnna
I've never done anything like this on the computer before. What I do when people ask me how I am and I'm really feeling lousey ;I say "Oh, with a smile, I'm enjoying the sunshine, or the rain or the flowers.....?Or if you have children or grand children you can answer with I'm really happy that my son did..... Or I turn the question around and ask how they are doing without even answering. You'd be surprised how many people don't notice you haven't answered them.

Donna, how are you. I am still praying for you and hoping you don't feel so overwhelmed as you did. But, I understand it, it does get to be too much to handle at times. I have to just give it to the Lord.
