Xena,

What a great article! I had no idea that salt did that much.

Fascinating!!

No wonder salt tabs do so much to help me. And no wonder I was soooo sick before they found out I had a problem with fluid--water/salt balance in my body. I stayed dehydrated no matter how much water I drank.

Thanks Xena,

I appreciate the article on salt and water. And yes Smiles, I too, remain dehydrated no matter how much water I drank unless I added in salty food. It was only until I woke up to the fact that I was going to have to eat a very salty breakfast to start the day that the increase in water made much difference. I was having a very salty dinner at night. But I've always had a sweet tooth and find it hard to eat salt earlier in the day. Now, I just have to do it. Especially after reading that article. Thanks for that Xena -- another weapon in the armory devoted to fighting this pots stuff.

It's much appreciated.

Debbie.

Great article, I too drink alot of water but eating salt with my meals seems to make a big difference, how I feel and my BP in the morning when it is at its lowest. Thanks
