I know that this forum is not meant to discuss depression or atleast I think I read that on one of the posts so I won't go into detail as to what happened.But it was a very tough emotional day.I worry about my bp going up and the stress and how it affects my condition.Just wanted to ask for prayers and support today.I am trying to get through this day without letting things get to me.

Thank you Tammy.I was able to get out of the house and go to my husbands company christmas party.I ate too much and have been paying for it all day but it was worth getting out of the house.I ate nothing all day just so I would have an empty stopmach that wouldn't bloat up with a small amoutn of food.Good thing the bloating waited til I got home.I have never had a cream puff.OH my LORD,They are good.And because they were so small I was popping thme like popcorn all the while my pants were getting tighter and i was feeling sicker.It just felt good to eat something so good.

Today is abetter day.Slept more and I think resting is helping me feel better,atleast on some days.Can't help the depression most of the time but glad that I can atleast come here and get some prayers.

I am so sorry you had such a rough day, with this condition,everyday seems different, sometimes worse, sometimes better. but for me never good. Just wanted you to know you are in my prayers. Lynn

happy to hear that you were able enjoy your hubby's Christmas party, but not happy to hear you "paid" for it later. Cream puffs, they are like little treats from heaven. My grandmother would make them every year for Christmas, she has been gone for 10 yrs tomorrow and I sure miss her AND those cream puffs
