I was glad when spring came, warming up everything, blooming tulips, greener trees.. But pretty soon the hot and humid Phila summer will come, when I have to hide from building to building with air conditioner on..I feel like 90-y.o. cardiac patient, when my heart is fluttering in my chest up to 180bpm just standing or walking outside during a summer day.. and when everything seems foggy because of constant headaches.. I'm only 26.. and thinking to have kids next year.. I can't imagine being pregnant with all these symptoms.. Anyone wants to share about having OI or POTS and being pregnant ?

Yanina,

Have you thought about a cooling vest? The information on them is at the potsplace website I think.

Not sure how one would fit if one were pregnant but its worth looking into.

Good luck.

Oh,

I'm so glad that we are in autumn in Australia now. I'm not looking forward to winter -- hard to regulate temp then too -- but winter is definately better than summer for me
