as noted in my 24hr urine discuss, my levels of sodium are at 120. very low. am pm cortisol were low normal. doing research has me scared to death as it states can cause seizures and death. i have been currently hallucinating ( haven't told anyone that yet) and my bpand hr readings are all over the place. my esr was at 1. which the reading are saying that shows hypoatremia. which is scary.
i have in the last week urinated on myself twice and have hjad some anal leakage. (little)
i have slept for over 25 hours inthe last 2 days. and my appetite is gone. docs answering service is full so i can't leave a message.
my tremors have started again.
i just don't know what to do. wait till i have a siezure. i am totally freaked out. i can't stop shaking.
i guess i am just venting, but would love to hear from some nurses here PLEASE.

btw, when i said all over the place i mean like 136/41 hr59 to 80/95 hr120 to 140/105 hr49

Norms--Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR or Sed-Rate) Male: 1 - 13 mm/hr
Female: 1 - 20 mm/hr

High ESR rates seem to be more of a problem than a low ESR--tho 1 is still within the normal range.

If sodium is low eat some salt? Drink some water to stablize pulse--a bottle of it--all at once--and watch something funny on TV to get your adrenal response under control better?

BREATHE-- In count 4---hold 4--out 4--wait 4--repeat for 2 minutes minimum.

In short, sick, well, or whatever~~~ freaking out is BAD for us. Will only make things worse--controlled breathing WILL help turn off dysautonomia -- and force your body back into where it needs to be.

In short doing ANYTHING other than sitting and thinking about this will help. Sit and type the dictionary if you can't force yourself off thinking about this any other way.

Or PM me for my phone number and we'll talk til you feel better.

Hope this helps.
