I had surgery Aug. 1st for uro-gyne probs. 4 hours under anesthesia. Ever since, I've been having major flare-up of the autonomic probs. A. considerable dizziness
B. weird feeling of brain "fuzziness", especially in the mornings when I first get up. It actually feels like there is a "swelling around my brain" that can come and go throughout the day, but since Aug. 1st - it is very bad most of the morning after I get up and can last for hours.
C. Increased fatigue

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Dizzybrunette - I also had surgery Aug. 1 for gyno issues. I wasn't under nearly as long as you though. I've done well with this surgery although I have had severe flare ups like you with previous surgeries. The only recommendation I can make is to take your time recovering. It takes our bodies longer to bounce back I think and lying around so much is harder on our systems. Make sure you are drinking tons of water and try drinking water and/or V8 (if bp is an issue) prior to even getting out of bed. And, take it slow. Don't push yourself too hard. Listen to your bodies' signals - our bodies are actually really good at telling us what we need. I wish you all the best in your recovery. Hang in there....
