So, hyperadrenergic state means sympathetic nerves relaxes pupils and I should be able to see more at night.

Why on really bad days, when my husband turns off the lights, I am completely blind!!! IT IS VERY SCARY.

Does anyone have any ideas? Especially those with hyperadrenergic POTS, Pure Autonomic Failure (PAF) or MSA have ideas.
