I seem to have a significant bp difference between arms. Not all the time but often enough that I notice. For instance this morning, my right arm is 91/59 hr 72 and my left arm is 76/64 hr 68. I have also noticed that my bp can change significantly within minutes. I feel tachy and my chest tight and short of breath once my bp raises to the 90/60 range.
Yep, I get that all the time. I have a very noticeable difference in bp between arms. Sometimes, my right arm is lower (usually) but sometimes my left is lower. Weird. The Drs. tell us to check using our left arm but in the office if my left arm is too high, they'll take it in the right. Obviously, the right is somewhat accurate or they wouldn't take it there. Not sure why this happens though..I think it has something to do with a main artery running on our left side.
