Yesterday by the end of the day my whole body was stiff. I felt frozen. I was trying to put my 3-year-old in his card seat and it was an ordeal. Also, I was walking along and almost went down because I couldn't lift my heavy legs off the floor high enough.

Does anyone else have this problem? Have you found anything that helps?

Yes I get this--agina don't know why.

Again, what helps me is moving in the water--or at least a stiff shower with warm water (not too hot) it's pretty awful--but being weightless is water seems to be the ONLy way I can get up my courage move enuff to fight thru it. Trying to excericse otherwise is often just too hard--tho it works too. Seems if I don't get in water for a day or two it get's progressively worse.
