I decided to work out today after feeling guilty about the fattening food I have been eating. I usually just do about thirty minutes on the spinning bike and some core exercises. I took my bp after the spinning and it was at 128/72 114 frequency. I think that's actually pretty good considering I sometimes get 130/90 while I am just sitting on my lazy ass.

Tell me about it. I am at 101/69 but my frequency is at 110. So I am pre-syncope. Haha. I am actually sleepy.
