For all those that recommend CoQ10, I think everyone who is thinking about taking it or who is taking it should read this and weight your pros and cons on actually using this drug. Unless you have already cleared it with your doctor.

I think this is really good information and should be read if you know little about this drug. It gives a lot of information on what it has been cleared for and what it has not been cleared for on uses.

Also adding this site to it as well that supports some more information that goes over when you should not take this if you are on certain medications which most of us are on these types of medications. I would just clear it with your doctor first before anyone just starts taking this over the counter medication.

I think I have found COQ10 to be helpful in decreasing the pins and needles and tingling in my legs and in waking up with arms asleep.

Thanks for posting the site, Misty - I really like that one too. But note that the "A, B, C, D..." grades are not meant to say you should absolutely take or not take for those different reasons - instead they are meant to show how much scientific evidence there is that the drug HELPS the condition in question.

I understand that part. The second link I sent also said when you shouldnt take the medication if you are on certain medications. I take the propranolol, midodrine, florinef, and topamax, flexeril. So basically I am just saying make sure you check with your doctor if he thinks its safe to take it. I know I ask even the pharmacy since they know what all I take if I should mix and over the counter drug with anything I take.

I have had a bad experience in the past where a doctor put me on medication secondary use to treat migrains and it mixed bad with my BB and almost killed me. The other medication was also used as a BB and taking two different ones stopped my heart completely. I had to be shocked back to life.

Just a little pointer I would like to share with everyone you never know if a drug is going to interact badly with something you are already taking and with us we are already so sensitive to drugs that no telling what could happen if we took something we shouldnt. Just a thought.

Thanks for listening and reading it though.
