Well, I think that approach is as good as any, Morningglory. I haven't 'told' any of my family: not husband, kids, or parents or siblings just exactly bad I feel at times. Maybe it's time I did. When I was hospitalized last year for 3 weeks with this 'junk' it was treated like I was on vacation by my family (except by my mother who kindly kept me in clean pjs etc).

One of these days I'm gonna tell them how it really is -- not just the quiet 'leaking' of bits of info and emotion that I can't stop when I'm feeling overwhelmed. In a voice so loud it will blast the roofs off of buildings, LOL. I will leave them in no doubt. I know me enough to know that one day it's all gonna come out of my big mouth and I won't be the one laid flat by this thing, they will be rocked off their feet by the blast they get from me.
