....for now. Haha. Just got back from the beach. Had a good time. The heat didn't bother me as the beachis about 15 degrees cooler than where I live in the valley. Got a nice tan.

I'll pay for it tomorrow and I do the closing shift at work.

Woo hoo - congratulations - you are doing pretty well lately. And if you do setback, just remember the fun you had today - its all worth it.... you gotta have a life!!!

You give me hope!!! I'm on my way tomorrow for a week at the beach. I have no idea what to expect but also have no expectations (that way, I won't be disappointed). I have had five "episodes" this week so I really haven't been too well but I'm going to give it my best shot. I know to stay away from the boardwalk and my hubby will drive me to the beach so I don't have to walk long distances. So, I'll think of all of you, my friends, while I'm on the beach with my book, my gatorade and my pretzels!!!

I hope you have a great time. I had my huge bottle of gatorade too. I am all tired now Frowner So I'm paying for my day of fun. It's off to work in a few hours.
