Yay!!! I am so happy for you!!
It is a milestone to be able to do it. Hopefully, you won't have a blacklash, but every single step counts!!
Pace yourself, but hope you will be able to have more days like this one.

Thanks for your encouraging replies. It was definitely a big deal for me.
I have been doing better these last few weeks. All I am taking now is a calcium channel blocker. I feel so much more clear-headed than I did before when I was taking the beta blocker, the anti-arrythmic and the florinef. The calcium channel blocker is doing an okay job but I still get some pretty high heartrates. My Dr. suggested adding a small dose of beta blocker to the mix but I am leery because there are times my pulse and BP drop, especially at night. The beta blocker will just make that worse, then it's back on the florinef to help with that. My dilemna now is if I should just learn to deal with some level of tachy issues yet stay clear headed and less dizzy from med side effects or be more medicated and potentially have less heart issues. I had to go off the meds before because I developed such a toxicity to some of them. Not sure what to do yet......it's always a tough choice.
